Fractional Rentals (5 Star Accommodation) In addition to our traditional rental cottages, we have a number of weekly rentals available in some of the brand new cottages, Some of our interval owners have deposited one or more of their weeks into the Blue Water Acres rental program. These cottages are located on the resort property and renters will have full access to all resort facilities.

The fractional cottages are 2 and 3 bedroom units and come in four beautiful styles. All have air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with gas range and dishwasher.
